Below are listproc commands at your disposal. Caps are used for
emphasis -- all commands and addresses are case INsensitive.

To unsubscribe, please send LISTPROC@csf.colorado.edu 
the two word command UNSUB BIOREGIONAL
These two words should be in the message rather than the subject line.

The most common mistakes are punctuation marks near the two words
E.g.,
"unsub bioregional" rather than unsub bioregional
>unsub bioregional rather than unsub bioregional
unsub bioregional. rather than unsub bioregional
unsub <bioregional> rather than unsub bioregional

If your efforts to unsub have been frustrated, please write to
Fred Cagle cagle1@mail.sdsu.edu
rather than taking the problem to the list. It is important to forward
a copy of mail from listproc that shows the source of your problem.

Limits to individual posts are now 8 of the last 50 messages. Anyone
who submits 9 of the last 50 will have their message returned. If you
would like to see how close you are to your limit, please send the two
word message

------------ MAIL SETTINGS ------------ 

If you would like to receive BIOREGIONAL messages in a batch instead of
one-by-one, everyday, send the following command to LISTPROC@csf...
SET BIOREGIONAL MAIL DIGEST

It is *important* for all subscribers, and especially for those
receiving
mail in digest form, that authors use accurate, descriptive titles in
their subject lines. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

If you are going to be away and want to postpone messages from
BIOREGIONAL, send a message to LISTPROC@csf.. and in the message box
use
SET BIOREGIONAL MAIL POSTPONE

To unpostpone your mail or return to one-at-a-time message delivery,
use 
SET BIOREGIONAL MAIL ACK

All subscribers have one of three settings: ACK, DIGEST or POSTPONE
ACK is the default setting.

To determine which setting you have on your mail, send the command
SET BIOREGIONAL

If you have friends who would like to subscribe, they should use
the command
SUB BIOREGIONAL Firstname Lastname
Unlike the unsub command, this one requires more than two words.
